The MT and MTE Industrial Mix Tank lines can handle batches from 30 to over 12,000 usable gallons to meet the demands of todays blending industry. These tanks come with a robust industrial design with quick and easy set ups. Both the tank and mixer supports are constructed of high density polyethylene (HDPE) which provides years of maintenance free service. Our mixers feature crucial components from ABB/Baldor and Cleveland Gear as standard items on all packaged systems, allowing full control of motor speed, and adjusting for varying viscosities in batches. All wetted mixer parts are 316 Stainless Steel, and Protectoplas offers several coating options for harsher chemicals such as a Teflon coating. Gear reduced agitators are available for any size mix tank, and come standard on tanks over 500USG. We are the premier manufacturer when it comes to plastic or steel mixing tanks, and we can also offer these mix tanks as double wall if need be.
